Overall Score - Green Zone (Outstanding)
  1. The overall weighted score must be 90% or higher.
  2. All graded main areas i.e., Operations Management, 7 Steps, Safety, Vehicle, Common Area, Unit Detail must be 90% or higher, and Non Negotiables "Yes Comply"
Overall Score - Yellow Zone (Acceptable)
  1. The overall weighted score must be 80% to 89.99%.
  2. All graded main areas i.e., Operations Management, 7 Steps, Safety, Vehicle, Common Area, Unit Detail does not meet the criteria for the Green Zone.
Overall Score - Red Zone (Unacceptable)
  1. The overall weighted score is 79.99% or less.
  2. Any one of the graded areas i.e., Operations Management, 7 Steps, Safety, Vehicle, Common Area and Unit Detail that falls within a failing threshold.
  3. A Non-Negotiable failure results in an audit failure when two or more requirements fail.
Notes
  1. A singular major safety issue or evidence of a previous guest i.e. any type of medication, broken glass, open/unlocked doors, article of clothing, will cause a room to be unacceptable and marked as a major defect, failing the unit. Each unit failure will result in a score of 79.99% plus additional deficiencies observed throughout the unit.
  2. Three (3) units will be inspected for resorts 199 keys and under. Five (5) units will be inspected for resorts between 200-399. Seven (7) units will be inspected for resorts with 400 keys and above.
  3. Noted (N) issues will be marked for all items that have the potential to become a C, I or X if not addressed. There is no point deduction for notations.
  4. Repeat (R) issues that have been graded on previous inspections within Operation Management, Safety & Vehicle / Asset Mgmt. will cause double the point value to be deducted.
